Our engineers are available for ad-hoc calls by the hour (minimum 2 hour call charge).  Our competitive rates are available for half or full day support, and our comprehensive engineer support allows in most cases, same day site support.

CCS carry a large spare parts stock of consumable items (ie maintenance kits), at our technical support office,  These can be supplied at a fraction of the cost of manufacturers or large suppliers.
