Reporting to: – Revenue Manager

The Job Role
  • Supporting our Revenue Manager with administrative tasks which will ultimately contribute to Revenue growth
  • You will be responsible for driving annuity business by maintaining an 80% renewal rate with customers
  • You will qualify customer requests to the highest standard ensuring all detail is captured to ensure quoting accuracy.
  • You will provide strong communication to internal departments (Quotes and Implementation Team) to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Driving new business by understanding ‘The Cameo Approach’ to prospecting, and owning an Onboarding process from start to finish, integrating and streamlining a new customer with the business.
  • You will receive extensive training on our full suite of services and USP’s to really understand our ‘Go to Market’
  • Networking within existing account base
  • Collaborating with Revenue Team Members and implementing growth ideas
