The Job Role

We’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to manage our company’s full-cycle recruitment process. 

As an internal recruiter, you will identify our company’s hiring needs, maintain our current talent pool, and conduct interviews with potential candidates for various roles within our organisation. You will support the HR department in crafting job descriptions and advertising job openings on established recruitment channels. 

Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment processes. You should have excellent observational and interpersonal skills to source and identify highly qualified candidates. Finally, you must also have prior experience in talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, advertising jobs, and monitoring application progress. Both across the UK and internationally.
  • Hires will vary from project-based resource requirements, short-term contracts and full-time permanent roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess employee performance, identify job vacancies, and track retention.
  • Develop and review recruitment policies to ensure our hiring processes remain compliant with company regulations and labour laws.
  • Research salary trends, determine employee wages, and draft job descriptions for different positions.
  • Provide administrative support in tasks such as evaluating CVs, CV library matches, and cultural alignment, including initial culture fit intro interviews (pre 1st interview.)
  • Ensure effective communication between recruits and department heads by sending timely feedback and scheduling interviews.

Key Skills
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labour legislation
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in HR management software
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment-associated roles
Transferable skills / knowledge
  • Strong commercial acumen.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
