Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

The Job Role
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of orders to our valued partners and customers.
You will help manage the resources required to process orders which include the financial scope using governance and project controls to ensure successful outcomes in terms of time, cost and quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding Projects team with ongoing career progression opportunities.
Projects will focus around Cameo services and will include various types of installation works across a number of technologies, vendors, and industries.
Job purpose
You would be responsible for the successful completion of project assignments as measured against the joint requirements of customer specifications and the project proposal submitted.
The role will involve creating and updating tickets and project trackers for the assigned projects and professional services orders allocated, you will be provided Prince2 Training qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • To follow established procedures and work instructions defined by the Project Manager or PMO team
  • Work to project scope-of-work, budget, and schedule for compliance with customer specifications.
  • Manage Project resourcing
  • Maintaining updated project schedules and tracker
  • Managing and controlling small works and small project requests acting as a single point of contact for the partner providing regular updates on progress
  • Raise and coordinate material and part orders
  • Work with project engineers to ensure they have a clear understanding of the scope and communicate updates through the course of the planned works
  • To manage customer sign-off and acceptance process
  • Maximising revenue and margin potential
  • Minimising exposure and risk on the project, liaising with management for support.

    Communication:

  • To establish and maintain appropriate and timely written communications with all project team members, engineers, partners, and the Customer throughout the life of the project.
  • Updating and maintaining project information reports, project meeting minutes, project plans, schedules, and action registers.
  • To be involved and support weekly project team meetings to gather project status information.
  • You will be the primary customer contact between the Cameo project team and the Partner for all project-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and experience with customer contacts
  • Google workplace knowledge, specifically Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Customer service excellence
  • Ability to present data accurately.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary Range
  • £25k – £28K
